Honkai Impact 3rd Dirac Sea Guide: Honkai Spill Weather Valkyrie Recommendations (v2.8)
by Reinbex

Hello Captains, this is the sub guide for Valkyrie recommendations based on Honkai Spill weather. If you lack a strong lightning DPS, you can resort to using other elemental valkyries. For general information about mobs and utilizing unaffected valkyries in weather, you can find them in the main guide located at the section "Other related Weather Guides".

Valkyries handpicked for Honkai Spill Weather
Listed here are valkyries that can support  for the Honkai Spill Weather. Please note, just because the valkyries are listed here doesn't mean that they cannot be used in other weathers.

Lightning Empress

Can be both DPS and support. As a support, she provides a 20+% DMG Total Multiplier to teams with 3 PSY valks. More importantly, she can apply a conductive status to enemies that make them intake more Lightning DMG.

Phoenix

A support valkyrie in this weather and a sub DPS. The team gains (10/13/16)% Attack Speed. Teams with 3 psychic-type characters gain (28/32/36)% total damage dealt to combo, charged, and ultimate attacks. Her leader skill is nothing to scoff at. At S rank, she gets the Rainbow Pinion skill, and at SS rank, she gets Oriole skill. Her skill set increases her team's elemental DMG significantly.

Wolf's Dawn

A support who starts to shine starting at ss rank. Her passive barrier that she provides for her team can provide up to +30% Elemental DMG while it's up.

Divine Prayer

A support with a leader skill boosts her team's Elemental DMG around 30% depending on her rank. With passive healing and many different types of available pistols to use, she's a top tier support.

Team Recommendations:
The teams provided here are designed to enjoy the lightning DMG buff of the Honkai Spill Weather. It is discouraged to use Physical Valkyries over Elemental Valkyries here due to the +35% DEF the enemies receive. Because many supports and their gear can be used depending on the enemy, the supports and their gear can be shuffled around from the provided teams. Also recall that in Honkai Spill weather, there are no MECHs!

Example 1:

Phx/SK/VC:

Main Gear: Cinder Hawk, Thales T, Nuwa M, Planck B
Substitutes: Grips of Tai Xuan, Higomaru TB, Shakespeare M, Shigure Kira Full Set, Yodo Dono M, Naoe Kanetsugu T, Bronya Magic B, Mei Pool Party, Newton B, Schrodinger Band B

Main Gear: Nuada's Grief, Monet TB, Nagamitsu M
Substitutes: Grips of Tai Xuan, Monet M, Darwin TMB,  Naga T, Shigure Kira Full Set, Tesla Band B, Schrodinger Band B, Planck B

Main Gear: Book of Fuxi, Jin Shengtan Full Set
Substitutes: Markov Type A, Bronya Magic M, Roald Amundsen Full Set, Tesla Band M

Designed to fight against Elite Mobs and Duo-Elite Mobs. Swap VC, the gatherer, for WD if against Solo Elite Mobs. Phx is the Side DPS while SK is the main DPS that enjoys the atk speed buff provided by Phx's leader skill.. SK can stun trigger VC's QTE and VC can ignite trigger Phx's QTE. The strategy here is rather simple. With VC's bleeding ultimate, gather the enemies and switch to SK. SK is to immediately Ult to punch everything down. In addition to being a secondary DPS, Phx's skill Rainbow Pinion and if ss rank skill Oriole buffs her team with more Elemental DMG when she leaves the field with s amount of Prajna. A great way to way to use her combo and build Prajna is AAABB.

Example 2:

LE/WD/VP

Main Gear: Raikiri, Monet Full Set
Substitutes: Magstorm, Ai-Chan's Crutch, Pulse Katana Type-17, Jin Shengtan Full Set, Shakespeare T, Newton B, Mei Pool Party, Summer Party TMB, Edison B, Shigure Kira Full Set

Main Gear: Hand of Tyr, Jin Shengtan Full Set
Substitutes: Quantum Destroyer Type-II, Cathode-07, Roald Amundsen Full Set, Mei Pool Party, Newton B, Hubble T, Tesla Band M

Main Gear: Oath of Judah, Shakespeare T, Mei Pool Party M, Otto Apocalypse B
Substitutes: Lightning Angel, Naga TM, Tesla Band B, Newton B, Theresa Origins Full Set

LE being the leader here provides a 20+% total DMG multiplier to her team. Another option is having VP has the leader for increasing Elemental DMG for her team. Have the stronger leader skill be in effect. VP is the main DPS here while LE can be the sub DPS. WD's role here is to set up Jin Shengtan's field for her team. The main cycle strategy here is to induce your opponent with a conductive status (A purple circle appears below them) with LE's built in skills. Raikiri helps set up the conductive status much easier. When conductive (takes more Lightning DMG), switch to WD for a quick Jin Shengtan field, and then onto VP so that Judah can strike all enemies within range for high amounts of Lightning DMG. Another option here is to set down Judah, then go into WD, and finally LE to have LE deal some damage with her mooncrest combo skill.

Example 3:

VP/SF/WD

Main Gear: Oath of Judah, Shakespeare T, Mei Pool Party M, Otto Apocalypse B
Substitutes: Lightning Angel, Naga TM, Tesla Band B, Newton B, Theresa Origins Full Set

Main Gear: Blood Dance, Shakespeare T, Mei Pool Party, Planck B
Substitutes: Schiffschneider, Judgement by Dawn, Balmung, Ion Resonance, Tesla Band M,  Jin Shengtan Full Set, Newton B, Shigure Kira Full Set

Main Gear: Hand of Tyr, Jin Shengtan Full Set
Substitutes: Quantum Destroyer Type-II, Cathode-07, Roald Amundsen Full Set, Mei Pool Party, Newton B, Hubble T, Tesla Band M

Leading off with VP as the leader for elemental DMG buff for her team, VP is the main DPS while SF is part support and part DPS. SF's main role is to use Blood Dance on targets to make them receive +60% more Elemental DMG. WD's role is to simply set up Jin Shengtan's field while providing her barrier that gives +30% elemental DMG to her team. You can go from WD to SF to VP or SF to WD to VP. VP is the main star here with Judah. With enemies all weakened and VP being strengthened, she can simply set down Judah and watch enemies get striked down. Any enemies VP is having a tough time against is for SF to cover.
